loopmessage.com calls itself an "Omnichannel API for two-way communication." It handles iMessage, SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp, and all channels run under the same phone number and through the same API.
You create an account, get your API key in the dashboard, and test your integration in a free sandbox. When you're ready, you order a sender name and launch. A dedicated sender is managed only by you. A shared sender gives you a share of a pool LoopMessage manages, and it's only for AI assistant use cases.
The feature list covers attachments, reactions and effects, typing and read status, audio messages with transcripts, message threads, and iMessage group chats. SMS fallback sends green bubbles to people without an iPhone. If you'd rather skip code, they offer integrations with no-coding platforms and CRMs, including workflow automation with n8n and Zapier.
Their pricing page lists Sandbox at $0 a month, with unlimited messages to 5 contacts, for testing only. Light is from $59.99 a month for unlimited messaging up to 300 unique active daily contacts. Regular is from $99.99 a month for unlimited messaging up to 1000 unique active daily contacts. There's a Free plan for schools and non-profits only that begins with 100 monthly contacts.
On a shared sender, Regular is $20 a month and begins with 50 monthly contacts, and additional 50 contacts are +$50. Dedicated senders have add-ons: a phone number at +$15/mo, SMS/RCS-fallback and call forwarding at +$15/mo, WhatsApp at +$10/mo, and init conversations at +$30/mo, plus once-off fees.
